Booking Policy

Trading Hours

We look forward to welcoming you to Restaurant 226 (II.II.VI).

Lunch
12:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Dinner
5:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Trading hours may vary on public holidays.

Dining at Restaurant 226 (II.II.VI)

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for all guests, standard reservations are allocated a 2-hour dining time. We kindly ask that tables are returned promptly at the end of the dining period to accommodate subsequent bookings.

Walk-in guests are always welcome, subject to availability.

Group Dining

Online reservations are available for groups of up to 10 guests.

For groups larger than 10 guests, please contact us directly via email at reservations@two2six.com.au.

Reservations of 8 guests or more are required to dine on our set menu and are allocated a 2 hour and 30 minute dining time.

Booking Requirements

All reservations require valid credit card details to secure the booking.
No charges are processed at the time of booking—card details are held as a guarantee only.

Dietary Requirements & Allergies

We are happy to accommodate dietary requirements where possible, provided we receive a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

While our team takes all reasonable care, we cannot guarantee an entirely allergen-free environment due to the nature of our kitchen and the handling practices of our suppliers. For this reason, we may be unable to accommodate guests with severe allergies where cross-contamination poses a serious risk.

Surcharges & Fees

• American Express transactions incur a 2.5% surcharge
• All other credit cards incur a 0.95% surcharge
• A 10% surcharge applies on Sundays
• A 15% surcharge applies on public holidays
• A discretionary 10% service charge applies to groups of 10 guests or more

Cancellation Policy

No deposit is charged at the time of booking; credit card details are held as security only.

To avoid a cancellation fee:

• 1–7 guests: Minimum 12 hours’ notice required
• 8 guests or more: Minimum 24 hours’ notice required

Cancellations or reductions in guest numbers outside these timeframes will incur a cancellation fee of $70 per person.

Late Arrival Policy

Tables are held for 30 minutes past the scheduled reservation time.

If your party arrives more than 30 minutes late, or does not arrive at all, the reservation may be cancelled and a $70 per person cancellation fee will apply to the entire booking.
